This Is Hardcore is the sixth album by English alternative rock band Pulp. After the enormous success of Different Class, they took three years to come up with this album, which is quite different, and yet quite successful as well (although the singles from the album did not do as well). They further explored their artistic side in an album which is even more art rock than its predecessor, while maintaining their sense of melody and sharp lyrics - and a weird sense of humour as in the album's prolooooonged ending. My favourite tracks are The Fear, Dishes, Help The Aged, TV Movie, I'm A Man, and Seductive Barry.
