Life for Rent is the second studio album by English singer-songwriter Dido. Her debut was very good (and commercially extremely successful), but just lacked that bit extra. Her sophomore effort builds further on this, with even better melodies throughout the album, sung beautifully, with intelligent instrumentation, including a dash of electronics. It includes my favourite Dido song White Flag, but there are lots of other songs that are almost as good, such as Life For Rent, See You When You're 40, Don't Leave Home, Do You Have A Little Time, and See The Sun.
