Court and Spark is the sixth studio album by Canadian singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell. In this album she injected more pop and jazz into her trademark folk rock, and it turned out to be very successful. It remains her bestselling album (and Help Me was her first and only USA top 10 hit), and was well received by critics both at the time and in retrospect. It can be seen as a concept album, exploring the roles of honesty and trust in relationships, romantic and otherwise.
