One of These Nights is the fourth studio album by the Eagles. The album was the Eagles' first number one album on Billboard's album chart, and yielded three Top 10 singles - it was also their international breakthrough. The title track is a perfect bend of country, folk, and rock, and was a deserved #1 hit in the USA. Even better to my taste is
Lyin' Eyes, a gorgeous country rock ballad, with excellent lyrics. Many of the album tracks are great as well, such as
Hollywood Waltz, and
After The Thrill Is Gone. In my opinion, this is the best Eagles album.
