Mind Vol. 4: Pass is the ninth studio album by Swedish progressive rock group Isildurs Bane. Two earlier albums came close to making the list: The Voyage - A Trip To Elsewhere (1992) and Mind Volume 1 (1997). Starting with this album they changed their style radically, from symphonic prog with clear classical influences, to art rock, not unlike the work of Peter Gabriel. The album's lay-out of song titles is unique: Sixteen songs divided in four groups, each containing four songs, and every group title and song title consist of four words. My favourites include Heal, Arch, Hope, Loss, Ends, and the complete quartet of songs listed under "Fear".
