Dead Bees on a Cake is the fourth solo album by British singer-songwriter David Sylvian. It's the usual blend of art rock, soft jazz rock, post rock, and world music, sung with conviction in his unique voice. All in all, not a surprising album maybe, but quite possibly his most consistent in high quality. There are plenty of highlights, to name a few:
