Returning Jesus
Returning Jesus is the fourth studio album by British art rock band No-Man. They went for a different direction with this album, employing a jazz-infused ambient post-rock style akin to the later Talk Talk albums and the more introspective works of David Sylvian. Sales were as marginal as ever (No-Man has been called "probably the most underrated band of this century"), but critics were very enthusiastic - and so am I. Plenty of highlights, to name a few: Only Rain, No Defence, Carolina Skeletons, Returning Jesus, and Lighthouse.
